R20 Console – The Precor EFX 222/225 elliptical includes the R20 console with a high-contrast, blue-white LCD display, Quick Start and 10 preset workouts, are all accessible from its durable dome keys for easy navigation.

Push Yourself Harder – Work your different lower-body muscle groups with our CrossRamp technology, the only true mechanism that uses an adjustable ramp to change the incline of your workouts. Both models adjust between 15 and 25 degrees. The EFX-222 has a manual lever adjustment of three levels and a motorized adjustment with eight levels.

Stress-Free Workouts – From the moment you step onto the Precor EFX 200 elliptical to the highest incline or resistance setting that you select, your body remains in a natural, balanced training position that puts little to no stress on your knees, back, feet, and all your other important muscles and joints.
