Return Policy

At FitLine Fitness Equipment, amazing customer satisfaction is our goal, so we go to great lengths to ensure that you purchase the perfect equipment for you at the right price. In the rare case we are unable to meet your needs we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Preferably an exchange can be made for a different item.

With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in new and undamaged condition with all accompanying manuals, parts and options. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging to receive a refund. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns in addition to an equipment pickup charge. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product.  

Sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable: Custom and special order items, used equipment, clearance and discontinued items, floor models, free weights, dumbbells and weight plates. Equipment kept outdoors or in a non-climate controlled environment will also be considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
